Incredible Views, Oversized 1BD Corner Luxury Coop

Description

This is a clean and simple design. If you are in the market for a high end apartment you will probably take some time to read through this. The pictures draw you in, the text gives you just enough information to build interest, time to flip it over.

Copywriting

Simple (no real estate jargon), concise, relevant. Just what we like to see. No

Design

This is a great design. It looks like a beautiful apartment with some serious views of San Fransisco. Good images are crucial for real estate postcards. The text is very easy to read and only includes relevant information.

One small detail that could take this campaign to the next level would be to add a first name before the descriptive text. "Hi John, ..."

Key Takeaways
  • If you are showcasing a property, or even a product, make sure you get the best pictures possible like we have here
  • Keep the text short and relevant or you will bore the reader
Description

If the front didn't do it for you, the backside is creating want and urgency. It's designed by a hall of fame designer. Who wouldn't want it?

The call of action ("request showing") and contact info blend in with all of the other text as it is about the same font and color. We suggest bolding both of those because it will help capture the reader's attention and focus.

Overall, excellent postcard. Add some personalization (name, custom map from address) to this and it would be an A+.

Copywriting

This is great copy. It screams exclusive which probably appeals to the ideal buyer. The opening line creates urgency and want. The three bullet points are all strong and provide value to the reader. Not much we would change here.
